This week CMS is celebrating our 20th anniversary in business. Cost Management Services was started by Brian Kelly in 1997. Since then Brian has been dedicated to the Human Resources software industry, becoming a Best Software (now Sage) partner in the late 1990s, and by providing WOTC Tax Credits since the 1990s.
In the mid-2000s CMS developed iRecruit, originally for a single client. iRecruit was developed to be a front-end recruiting tool to the Sage Abra Recruiting Solution. iRecruit now works as a stand alone recruiting and applicant tracking product. In 2014, iRecruit developed an electronic onboarding component that allows our customers to both recruit and hire effortlessly.
In March 2010, CMS integrated iRecruit applicant tracking software with its Work Opportunity Tax Credit ”WOTC” service to provide our clients with an automated approach to saving money using CMS’s WOTC program.
CMS was also featured in CIO Review Magazine’s 20 Most Promising Sage Solution Providers. CMS continues to innovate to provide great support and a high quality product. In 2016 we increased our support staff size, and look forward to continued growth in 2017 and beyond.
