iRecruit announced there is a scheduled iRecruit update that will take place on January 7th overnight. iRecruit will introduce seven new reports that will replace the PDF reports that are currently in your accounts.
The new reports are similar in style as the Comparative Analysis report that was released in September. They include:
Requisitions Report: Filter by active/inactive, requisition owner and/or manager, date range, keyword search or requisition stage. This reports includes Title, RequisitionID / JobID, Status, Requisition Stage, Owner, Managers, Date Opened, Expire Date, Days Open, and Applicants Count. This report can be sorted by column title, and can be exported into Excel.
Applicant Status by Requisition: Filter by active/inactive, by requisition, date range, applicant name or application status. The report includes ApplicationID, Name Entry Date, Status, Last Updated, Email, and Phone Number as well as the requisition information. This report can be sorted by column title, and can be exported into Excel.
Applicant History: Filter by Status, Requisition, Applicant Name, and date range. This report includes Applicant Name, Application ID, Job Title, Application Date, Status, Last Updated, Comments/Notes, and Updated By. This report can be sorted by column title, and can be exported into Excel.
Applicants By Referral Source: Filter by active/inactive, Requisition, Organization, Application Date, Applicant Name or Source. The report includes ApplicationID, Name, Entry Date, Status, Last Updated, Email, Phone Number, and Source. This report can be sorted by column title, and can be exported into Excel.
Dashboard Widget: A New Referral Source pie chart widget is also available on your dashboard. To add this new widget, please go to Home > Configure.
Time to Fill: Using the new Time to Fill report will require you to set a Requisition Stage to a “final” stage such as “Closed,” and to assign a final stage to an applicant such as “Hired.” A job has to be closed before it will appear on this report. Filter by status, position and date range. This report can be exported into Excel.
AAP: Filter by requisition status, requisition, EEO Classification, and date range. This report includes the following fields and counts by categories:
- Applicant Name
- Job Title
- EEO Classification
- Application Date
- Black/African American
- Hispanic
- Asian/Pacific Islander
- American Indians/Alaskan Natives
- White (not Hispanic)
- Two or More Races
- Male
- Female
- Disabled Yes
- Disabled No
- Disabled Not Disclosed
- Veteran Identified
- Veteran Not Protected
- Veteran Not Disclosed
- Start Date
Sort by column titles Applicant Name, Job Title, EEO Classification, Application Date, and can be exported into Excel.
The iRecruit account information remains on PDF reports including iConnect Form Status, iRecruit Activity, iRecruit Configuration. Exporter is also available to anyone who needs to make custom reports for Excel.
