Indeed.com will be sunsetting its Conversion Tracker on October 1, 2021 due to recent and planned changes to 3rd party cookie usage.
Getting Hiring Managers Engaged in iRecruit
iRecruit has multiple types of user access available. An iRecruit account can include Administrators, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers. These are three different roles are available within the account.
How Does the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Work?
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit known as #WOTC is a federal tax credit available to employers who hire individuals from disadvantaged groups of workers. Including WOTC Screening with iRecruit can save an employer significant amounts of money.
Building an Internal Only iConnect Form
iRecruit’s onboarding module, iConnect, allows for a completely paperless onboarding process. In addition to the standard forms such as the I-9, W-4, and your other new hire documents, you may also have a need to have an internal only document, that is not shared with an applicant.
Reach More Candidates Faster with Text Messaging
DID YOU KNOW? 98% of text messages are opened and read versus just 20% for emails? AND, according to SMS Comparison‘s 2021 report 95% of text messages are read and responded to within 3 minutes of being received.
Get to Know: iRecruit’s System Automated Messages
iRecruit sends out several different system messages that are automated. Some are for applicants only, and some are for your company. You can customize the majority of outgoing messages if you are an Administrator.
